Cigarette smuggling at the exit of the country on the Chisinau-Iasi-Bucharest train.
According to Romanian border guards, 85,400 cigarettes (4,270 packages) were found, hidden in a special place arranged in the chassis of one of the train wagons.
As a result of the checks carried out, it was established that cigarettes belong to a Romanian citizen, aged 30 years, the wagon attendant.
The cigarettes were from the Republic of Moldova. Tobacco products were confiscated and the suspect fined.
