The best students in the country can submit files for scholarships with worth of 12 thousand lei. Documents can be submitted by December 17, 2018.

50 scholarships will be awarded this year, 35 of which will be for the students of the last year of higher education and 15 for the first year of higher education.

According to the University Information Center, applicants have to meet several eligibility criteria. Thus, they must be citizens and residents of the Republic of Moldova, with the age of 30 years inclusive, be enrolled in the last year of bachelor studies or the first year of masters studies, have a good academic success and demonstrate participation in curricular and extracurricular activities.

The "Merit Scholarships - for the Best Students" program, 13th edition, is organized under the aegis of the Moldovan Rectors' Council, with the financial support of a commercial bank and a mobile telephony operator.
