Income of millions of lei for a week. What receipts were recorded to state budget by Customs Service
The revenue received by the Customs Service from the Customs Service amounted to 444.1 million lei between 12 and 18 November , with a total of 11,021 customs declarations.
Concerning the fight against customs fraud, over the past week, 115 violations of customs legislation were revealed. The most frequent violations refer to the exceeding of the term for the presence on the territory of the Republic of Moldova of cars with foreign registration plates, breach of the transit or customs declaration deadlines, non-authentication or inappropriate declaration of consumer goods (clothing articles, electronic devices, food products, personal care products, anabolic products, tobacco products, etc.).
At the same time, 79 minutes were drawn up regarding the offense and fines were imposed in the period of 329.088 lei.
Over the same period, the flow of transport units constituted 89,778 crossings. The highest traffic values were registered at the Moldovan-Romanian border, while the most transited customs posts remain Leuşeni and Sculeni, with 18,366 and 13,955 crossings respectively.
