Andrian Candru about withdrawal of Governor of National Bank from office: We thank Cioclea for good work within NBM
Governor of the National Bank, Sergiu Cioclea, ends his mandate ahead of schedule. He briefly announced in a briefing that he was leaving for personal reasons. In this context, Andrian Candu, President of Parliament, has come up with some statements.
"We talked with Mr Cioclea before. The decision was based on personal reasons, and Cioclea said when he came to office to take over the mandate for a certain period of time, for three years, the system stabilized, transparency was ensured in the system the Parliament will appoint a new governor. It is premature to talk about the candidates, we thank Cioclea for good work within the NBM", said Andrian Candu, Parliament Speaker.
More than a social network, Andrian Candu writes that he would have liked to have more Moldovan people trained, who have said abroad, such as Sergiu Cioclea, and come to help the Republic of Moldova.
"I thank the Governor of the National Bank, Sergiu Cioclea, because from the first day until now he proved that I made the best choice in 2016. I would like to have as many as trained Moldovans who have affirmed abroad and come to - and help the country that way.

Growth, stability and modern legislation that will ensure the further strengthening of the results - these are the results of the National Bank's activity in 2016. I will ensure that the next Governor is in line with the high standards imposed by Sergiu Cioclea and his team", said the President of the Parliament , Andrian Candu.
Sergiu Cioclea has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. He has run for seven years a subsidiary of the "Paribas" franchise bank.
