The Governmental Commission for European Integration met in the context of the participation of the Moldovan delegation at the meeting of the EU-Moldova Association Committee, scheduled for 29 November in Brussels.

Prime Minister Pavel Filip mentioned that it is important to make the most of this opportunity to inform the European institutions of the actions taken to fulfill the commitments they made following the operational conclusions adopted at the last year's Association Committee meeting.

"We have no other way but an objective other than the integration of the Republic of Moldova into the EU", said the Prime Minister.

During the meeting, the priority actions on the implementation of the commitments undertaken in the European integration process were reviewed. In particular, the subjects to be addressed at the meeting were examined.

Also, at the beginning of the next week, a delegation of the European External Action Service and the European Commission will come to work in Chisinau. Within it, priority issues will be addressed in the EU-Moldova political dialogue.
