Business environment, heard by MPs. Parliament has adjusted tax legislation
The Parliament has established the permission for the economic agents to use the consignment note. The draft amendment to several pieces of legislation was approved by Parliament in final reading.
According to the new regulations, upon delivery of multiple deliveries on the basis of the accompanying notice within one month, the supplier, on the basis of these opinions, issues at least once a month the tax invoice on the value of the delivered deliveries.
At the same time, the post offices which have collected money for taxpayers' tax obligations will be able to transfer the financial resources no later than the third working day from the date of collection, currently being one day.
The draft also provides for the limitation of the 50% reduction in fines imposed on taxpayers, who have repeatedly committed repeat offenses for non-use of cash and cash machines, cash terminals and foreign exchange facilities during the 6 consecutive months.
At the same time, the new regulations facilitate the process of obtaining approved exporter status. Thus, exporters of goods wholly obtained in the Republic of Moldova will be able to obtain this status if they carry out regular and regular exports - at least 3 exports every 12 consecutive calendar months during the 36 months preceding the submission of the application.
The draft law adjusting tax legislation in line with business environment requests was endorsed in a final reading by 57 deputies present at the meeting.
