The tragedy took place in autumn 2008 in Ceadir Lunga district. According to prosecutors, the convicted violated the security rules, which led to a man's electrocution.

After ten years of lawsuits, when the file reached five times at the Supreme Court of Justice, the Chisinau Court of Appeal convicted the chief engineer. He will also have to pay moral damages of 52,000 lei. The decision is final.
