Great joy in a family from Gherman village, Ungheni district, where on the eve of St. Andrew were born twins.
Traditionally, the little ones have been named Andrew and Andreea. Since not only happiness but also worries are double, the parents have two baby boxes of necessary things.
These are offered due to "A new Life" program launched by the Government, which took over the successful project of Vlad Plahotniuc's Foundation "Edelweiss" of the same name and extended throughout the country, both in private and state-owned maternity wards .
"Thank you for choosing us, as a maternity ward, that you have trusted us." You also have a gift from the state. This is a very small support, but it is very important for you! ", said Stefan Gaţcan, an obstetrician.
The parents of the babies, Natalia and Silviu Cuibari, gladly received the necessary things for the newborn.
They received sets for newborns, a dildo, hats, caps, hats and diapers and the first toy of babies.
"I am very happy and thank God for having healthy children. This Government initiative is very welcome, it is a support for young parents or fresh parents, a help everyone needs", said Natalia Ciubari, the mother of the children.
"I have always had satisfaction with parents who have twin children." I admire them a lot, they grow together, they will play together, I think God has heard me that we want and we have them now, "added the baby's father , Silviu Ciubari.
And the representatives of the private clinic in which the two children were born greet the authorities' initiative to extend the project "A New Life" across the country.
"I am very glad that this very important support for mothers and children has continuity, because any material aid or small support from the beginning is very important," said Stefan Gaţcan, a physician at the university.
The "baby box" is offered in the maternity wards in the country to both parents who are citizens of the Republic of Moldova and foreigners with the right of residence in our country. Only in December this year, three thousand moms will receive free of charge the necessary supplies for newborn babies under the New Life government program.
