Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Tudor Ulianovschi held a meeting with his Romanian colleague, Teodor Melescanu, the minister of foreign affairs from Singapore, Vivian Balakrishnan, the Japan minister, Taro Kono and the Qatar ministers of Justice, Transportation and Communication.

The quorum from Doha gathered officials from all the continents. It represents an important discussions platform regarding the regional and international security, peace, economic development, trends and transitions.

The event was organized by the Qatar ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the patronage of Qatar's Emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
