Workers at Exdrupo began to fill the streets from the Capital with cold asphalt. Authorities say the solution is a temporary one, not to get in the spring with the city full of pits. In stock are now 500 tons of cold asphalt. 

Cold asphalt can be applied at a temperature of up to minus 10 degrees and has a warranty of at least half a year. 

"To storm the holes he will resist to the hot asphalt, but we do now so as not to get the damages", said a man. 

"We use only in the winter, it's special winter, to get the situation of a fortune, where there are pits", another man added. 

A ton of cold asphalt costs almost 2,000 lei, for 500 more than the hot one. The officials assure that it is of superior quality.

Drivers are happy that the authorities are in the streets where the situation is deplorable. However, some rulers believe this temporary solution is a waste of money.

"Let the ladies have no pits until spring, but we will see, we hope it will be fine. It is clear that it is better to keep the car," another driver added.

"Let's just make it a waste of time and money", said a man.

Until now, the workers intervened on the boulevards Dacia, Decebal and Mircea the Elder, but also on the streets Mihail Sadoveanu and Nicolae Dimo.
