The scandalous driver in Vulcanesti, who complained to a patrol officer that he refused to speak in Russian, has a long history of verbal proceedings. According to the deschide.md portal, he collected 25 violations for the traffic regulations and once he was drunk at the steering wheel.
The days passed on the social networking sites showed up with the man stopped for exceeding the speed limit and patrol inspector Andrei Rotaru refused to speak in Russian. From the images published by an internet explorer, it is clear that the scandalous driver was the one who caused the conflict after he initially refused to present the requested documents, but also to see the violation committed. According to deschide.md, the 29 years old Vulcanesti driver is not in his first offense, and the car at his wheel, registered in Bulgaria, belongs to a woman.
The "marathon" of road traffic regulations violations began in 2010 when he was caught in Vulcanesti that he was driving a car without a license plate. Then the young man chose a fine. In the next two years, he was twice penalized for lack of car insurance, and once for parking in forbidden places. And in 2013 and 2014 and 2015, he broke the regulation three times.
The "hero" reached its "height" in 2017 when he was drunk driving and his driving license was withdrawn for three years, only to escape punishment. That is because the limitation period expired because of the magistrates who had delayed the file, after the offender attacked the order at the Court of Appeal. In the same year he received a fine for speeding at Basarabeasca and another for swearing in public at Cahul. The last fine, he received on January 12th, when he was surprised by the radar of an INP crew traveling at excessive speeds in the streets of Cimislia. All the fines in the past were paid, but the last one from Saturday he doesn't want to pay.
