A 60 years old man was detained by police for drug trafficking. Following searches, police officers found and picked up: 18 paper packages with a dry vegetable mass with a specific greenish smell, 3 green vegetable tablecloths of about 250 grams, a 5 gram marijuana bag, a machine for drugs and funds obtained from drug trafficking in the amount of 3,410 euros and 3,000 lei.

Police officers documented man's criminal activity for one month, with two acquisitions being carried out.

The police have accumulated conclusive evidence to prove their guilt. Packages discovered after the search were picked up, sealed and transported to the Technical Foresnic Center and PGI Judicial Expertise.

If the man sold the packages with the odorless substance of specific smell, he would have earned a profit of 50,000 lei .

Previously, the man was in the forefront of law enforcement for similar acts and theft. Police actions took place in a criminal case initiated for the Illicit Trafficking of Drugs, Ethnobotanics, or their analogues for alienation purposes.

The man was arrested for a period of 30 days, according to the legislation in force, he is in prison for a term of 7 to 15 years.
