Kozlowska is quoted by PCCOCS. President of Open Dialog Foundation will be heard on February 15
The President of the Open Dialog Foundation, Ludmila Kozlowska, was quoted for the second time at the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Causes for hearings.
This time, Kozlowska is expected at 14:00 on the February 15, and if she does not come, the prosecutors may demand that it be forcibly brought.
She was first quoted by PCCOCS on December 27 last year. Kozlowska is targeted in a criminal case with several counts, including money laundering, espionage and illegal funding of political parties.
Lawmakers have opened the criminal case following the report of the Parliament's investigation commission. The document finds that the Kozlowska-led NGO is funded, including Russian secret services. In the Republic of Moldova, she interfered with internal politics through convicted Veaceslav Platon, nicknamed "the number one raider in the CIS".
Similarly, the parliamentary committee found that those who benefited from the "Open Dialogue" are politicians Andrei Nastase and Maia Sandu. Earlier, they acknowledged that they had paid trips to the foundation.
