Two men from Balti came to the attention of NAC officers and anti-corruption prosecutors, after receiving 850 euros from a person for obtaining a driving license.

According to the denouncer, at the beginning of January 2019, the suspects demanded the money on the pretext that they could influence the members of the examination commission of the Balti Border Driving License and Qualification Section for organizing the successful passing of the auto qualification exams and the issuing of the driving license driving, category D, E.

The suspects are detained for 72 hours. A criminal case was opened on their behalf. If they will be found guilty, suspects risk up to 6 years in prison or a fine of up to 10,000 conventional units.
