Moldova is open to collaborate in the fight against terrorism. This was announced by Foreign Minister Tudor Ulianovschi at the meeting of the Global Coalition for Combating ISIS, organized by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Washington.

The American president, Donald Trump, was also present at the event, referring to the continued efforts to ultimately destroy the Islamic State terrorist organization.

The Global Coalition has presented its achievements over the past four years in Syria and Iraq and set new targets to prevent the expansion of the group, including recently released areas.

It was also talked about providing assistance to stabilize the regions that had suffered from the occupation of jihadists.

The Global Coalition to Combat ISIS was created at the United States initiative in September 2014 and includes 74 states and 5 international organizations.
