The candidate of the Party of Socialists in the constituency no. 26, from Chisinau, Dinari Cojocaru, was caught with the lie. The contestant is raining and trying to conceal from the eyes of the world a credit of half a million lei that he would have taken from an offshore firm in the Bahamas.

The information on the loan appeared in an investigation by journalists from RISE Moldova, and when the candidate for the deputy chair was invited to the electoral debates, their moderators did not hesitate to ask Dinari Cojocaru for the dubious schemes in which he would be was involved.

At the end of January, in a debate on a private television station, Cojocaru does not deny the existence of this loan and says he spent the money for family needs. 

"When a state can not afford its citizens to take a credit at an advantageous rate, you are forced to go elsewhere and look for other ways to survive".
What have you done with that money? 
"I have a pretty big family. Do I have to tell you about all my expenses?", said the PSRM candidate in the district no. 26, Chisinau, Dinari Cojocaru. 

But over a week later, in another debate, Dinari Cojocaru says he has not benefited from such a loan. 

"- It is a case opened against those who wrote this article from Rise, they must also pay compensation material and public apology. There was no loan. 
- Your colleagues and others who have received such a loan confirmed for Rise Moldova to have borrowed money". 
"I do not know that", said the PSRM candidate in the constituency no. 26, Chisinau, Dinari Cojocaru. 

And another PSRM candidate forgot about a promise made. This is Alexandr Odintov, from the constituency no. 25 from Chisinau.

He denies promising to change the windows from a kindergarten in the Capital. In an electoral debate, his DPM counterpart Victor Mindru was asked why he did not speak. In reply, Odintov denied these promises. 

"Tell me where kindergarten and where could we promise. We did not promise such kindergarten", said the PSRM candidate in the district no. 25, Chisinau, Alexandr Odintov. 

Yet the director of the 156 kindergarten in Chisinau presented a change to the windows required by the socialist councilors.

"When we were asked to write a complaint for windows, they said they had an understanding with the Russian Mother's Association in Russia that would do repair works in some kindergartens and they chose us too. I waited a long time, but no one came to check the number of windows I wrote".

The woman says that the papers were completed in July 2017.
