The Central Election Commission started to delivery the ballots to the constituencies.

Over 3,4 million ballots will be delivered today and tomorrow to the constituencies.

CEC will also deliver the stamps and other election materials. On Sunday, each citizen will receive four ballots.

One ballot represents the national constituency, another one the uninominal constituency and the two other ballots are for the referendum.
