Photos of new air-conditioned buses purchased from Turkey
Twenty-five new buses purchased from Turkey start their routes after Interim Mayor General Ruslan Codreanu, along with representatives of company Isuzu assigned keys to drivers.

The buses already passed technical tests and started their routes in Chisinau at 15:00. Most of them are on route no.5 linking Botanica and Ciocana districts.
"Lack of transports on route no.5 fails to meet the needs of citizens", said Vitalie Butucel, interim director of the Transport Directorate.
Other seven buses will run on route no. 26 linking Buiucani and Poşta Veche. Other six buses will start on route no. 19 which was shut half a year a go due to lack of transports.
"We have 31 new buses which means one of three buses will be replaced. New bus with air-conditioned, video system", explained Ruslan Codreanu, interim mayor of Chisinau.
Turkish company representatives say the buses are new and the warranty period is two years.
"Bus will be repaired at an authorized service center in case of malfunction", said Serghei Daradur, representative of company Isuzu.
City hall paid 78 million lei to acquire 31 buses.
