Geta Burlacu supports the February 24 referendum and the Democratic Party. Within a video posted on a social media page, the singer urges the citizens to vote to reduce the number of deputies.

"I support the DPM's proposal to reduce the number of deputies from 101 to 61 and also to withdraw the mandate of the deputies who don't fulfill their duties. By the way, the democrats started many good projects. On February 24, go to vote, go to the referendum!"

Some artists such as Advahov brothers, Constantin Moscovici, Nicolae Botgros, Iurie Sadovnic and Adriana Ochisanu have the same opinion.
