Russian spy stopped at Chisinau Airport. What he had with him
A representative of the International Center for Combat and Special Training "VOLK", which had links with the Russian Military Intelligence Service (GRU), received last night a ban on entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova. This is about Oleg Kosolapov, the head of the "VOLK" Center in Simferopol, Crimea.
Informed sources declared for Open, MD that Oleg Kosolapov arrived last night at Chisinau International Airport with the Moscow-Chisinau airship but he was denied access to the Republic of Moldova and was returned to Moscow with another aircraft.
The same sources do not exclude that Kosolapov's move to Chisinau would be aimed at preparing the destabilization of the situation after the electoral poll, by organizing demonstrations, street violence and preparing attacks targeting political leaders in Chisinau, with the DPM President, Vlad Plahotniuc.
The "VOLK" Agency is officially registered in the Russian Federation as an international organization and this allows it to operate outside Russia.
Formally, the "VOLK" organization, according to the official website, is a private security and security agency and has three business lines.
First - development and exchange of experience with collaborators of force and military organizations, second - training of personnel for private security and security agencies, as well as training of military intervention teams, as well as preparation of combat including the use of firearms, civilians, writes obozrevatel.com.
According to the official site of "VOLK", the organization has subsidiaries in several cities in the Russian Federation, in countries in Europe such as Hungary, Serbia, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Greece, but also in Taiwan, Asia.
According to the same site, Oleg Kosolapov, representative of "VOLK", who came last night to Chisinau, is a master in judo, he graduated from "VI Vernadscovo" University of Kiev, Faculty of Physical Education, passed a knife fighting course Brem Frenk, and received the status of instructor, and then he also did an anti-terror course.
In 2016, Kosolapov was named the representative of the "VOLK" group in the city of Simferopol, Crimea. Here it is worth mentioning that the Simferopol branch was opened on the territory of Putin's biker base "Nocturnal Volkov" (Lupii nocturni). According to the Ukrainian press, VOLK, which has branches in the EU countries, in 10 cities in Russia and in the Crimea, is in fact a structure of the Russian GRU, masked as a private security and security agency, such as the "Vagner" and "Patriot" agencies involved in military conflicts in Syria and Africa Central, only that the "VOLK" agency does not participate in the battles, but they are more focused on collecting information, military training of civilians, and organizing diversionist actions.
The core mission of the "VOLK" organization in the states where they have established subsidiaries is actually establishing contacts with the people in the area and collecting information, and then using them in certain conflicts, so that "VOLK" representatives remain in the dark in such situations.
The instructors of the VOLK agency are mostly people with a huge array of armed activities from various military structures, desks, former officers of the GRU Special Forces, border guards, veterans of the Afghanistan raid, as well as representatives of foreign legions.
This kind of activity of the special Russian services of the GRU in Hungary came to light in 2016, after holding a representative of the "VOLK" group.
At the same time, it is worth mentioning that the head of the "VOLK" organization is the reserve officer of the Russian Air Force (VDV), Denis Reauzov, one of the fighters in the US sanction list after the military intervention in Donbass and Crimea. The same Reauzov is also included in the "Mirotvoret" database for violation of Ukraine's border and participation in propaganda actions on the territory of Crimea occupied by the Russians.
About the work of the "VOLK" agency in Switzerland, journalist Fabian Eberhard, from Blick, made a great deal of mentioning that this system would be "a terrible dream of any government". According to him, the Russians use sports clubs in Zurich, Bern, Lugano to create such "cells".
Eberhard cites a confidential report from the Swiss Federal Intelligence Service (NDB), which notes that the task of these clubs is to "increase armed power (...) with an unidentified unit" for "disruption and destabilization in the region "But also the recruitment of local fighters to participate in various actions of the Russian army. The training of the cadres, writes the journalist, is done with an intense ideological course.
Dsnews.ua agency writes that "VOLK" as one of the tools used by Vladimir Putin in hybrid war, writes deschide.md.
