As a result of the speculations regarding a possible fraud, that appeared on some media pages, CEC says the following:

The members of No.25/5 polling station from Chisinau said that they are still counting the ballots. According to the elections procedures, the unused ballots will contain the "Annulled" stamp.

According to the protocol, this polling station received 5444 ballots both for referendum and parliamentary elections, but only 725 citizens voted. Thus, 2544 ballots have not been used.

Moreover, No.1/40 polling station doesn't exist.
