PDM candidate for the February 24th parliamentary elections, Eugeniu Nichiforciuc defeated in the constituency no. 8, Floresti.

"The Floresti resident chose to continue our journey toether. It will be, as it has been, a road of good actions which will develop and modernize our district. I don't have enough words to thank you for all the honor you have done to me, for me to represent you in Parliament, for the next four years we will remain united for Floresti", wrote Eugeniu Nichiforciuc in a Facebook post. 

According to the preliminary results on the uninominal constituency Nr. 8, Floresti: Nichiforciuc Eugeniu: 42.48%, Groza Sergiu: 28.99%, Ţap Iurie: 13.35%.
