The parliamentary elections and the referendum have been monitored by 345 representatives of the Election Observation Mission from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.

The members of the delegation declared this is not their competence to declared these elections valid or not. They only should announce the incidents.

"It is not our competence to declared these elections valid or not.We only came here to monitor the process and announce the authorities about the incidents", declared Matyas Eorsi, ODIHR, OSCE.

The officials also declared that the authorities should decide whether these elections are legal or not.

"We can't make the Moldova authorities' decision. The authorities should investigate the encroached and sanction these", declared Gheorge Tsereteli, special coordinator of OSCE.
