The Republic of Moldova could be funded by the EU. The declaration was made by Norica Nicolai. The MEP considers that our country is capable of fulfilling the EU conditions. It is a pity that Moldova didn't receive this aid in time, because of the political speculations.

"I think that the EU should start funding the Republic of Moldova again. You have proven that you are capable of respecting the responsibilities you have. Beyond the political speculations, Moldova is not guilty, moreover, the Government fixed the economic situation of the Republic of Moldova", declared Norica Nicolai for PUBLIKA TV.

PUBLIKA.MD reminds that the financial aid of the EU for Moldova was blocked in the summer of 2018. One PPE MEP asked to stop offering Moldova first tranche of macrofinancial agreement worth 30 million EURO.
