Within the Civil Aeronautical Authority will activate civil servants and other staff whose work is regulated by the labor law framework and they are to be remunerated under the conditions of the 2018 law on the wage system in the budgetary sector.
According to Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, the Deputy Director and Deputy Director will be appointed to public office and dismissed or dismissed from public office by contest, under the law, by MEI.
The Authority's budget will be prepared, approved and administered in accordance with the principles, rules and procedures set out in the Public Finance Act and Budget-Tax Responsibility Act 2014, respectively, and the financing of the activity is carried out from the revenues collected to the state budget as a result of the collection of maintenance payments certification conditions.
