Good news for mothers. Maternity ward of No.1 Municipal Hospital was renovated
The mother of the newborns will benefit of better conditions from now on. One of the maternity wards of No.1 hospital was renovated. The municipality allocated almost 7 million lei in this sense.
The renovated section has 17 birth rooms. Each of these has a bathroom and all the necessary conditions.
"We have very good conditions. Thanks everybody for the effort", said Rodica Colun, birth assistant.
"We wanted to repair it, but definitely it was renovated."
A birth room for the women with disabilities has also been installed.
"This section is really bit. It has two floors. We have 10 such rooms", said Alina Bejan, vice director of No.1 hospital.
Ruslan Codreanu, the interim of the hospital also came at the inauguration.
"10,6 million lei was allocated for No.1 hospital. Five million among these will go to another section. Thus, we want to bring modern equipment", said the general interim of the hospital.
Over seven thousands births are registered yearly at No.1 Municipal hospital.
