The Government takes the responsibility for a vast range of important projects for our citizens. The retired, persons with disabilities and beneficiaries of social allowances will get an allowance worth 600 lei for Easter. At the same time, the indexation formula of the pensions will change. The declaration belongs to Pavel Filip.

"First of all, we will give an allowance worth 600 lei to the persons whose monthly incomes are lower than 2000 lei. The pensions' indexation formula will change. Recently, it was 3%, not it reached 5,3%. Besides all the speculations, I want to disappoint the ones who lied people, we will obey all of our responsibilities", said Pavel Filip.

At the same time, the leader of DPM said that pensioners, people with special needs and other beneficiaries of social allowances with incomes up to 2000 lei will receive an allowance worth 600 lei for Easter.

"We have decided to offer this money by assuming the responsibility of the Government, because there is the risk that, due to the parties that refuse dialogue, the political blockage in which we are after the elections is a rest period and consequently the pensioners could have no longer receive this Easter sum, but by the decision made today, we make sure that in the second part of April the money will reach the people, it may, moreover, already come with other good decisions for the benefit of the citizens, if the leaders of some parties would not continue to block the formation of a parliamentary majority and the investment of the new government",said Pavel Filip.

We mention that Vlad Plahotniuc, DPM president announced that the pensions will be indexed twice as before.
