Viorel Mardare movie director's funerals will take place tomorrow. The ones who want to say goodbye can come today starting 17:30 at Sihla Church from Chisinau.

Tomorrow, at 12:30, his funerals will take place at Armenesc cemetery from Capital.

The artist died at an early age of 37, because of cancer. His relatives launched a charity campaign to gather money for his treatment. In only one day, they gathered 107 thousands.

Viorel Mardare studied at Journalism Faculty and then at the Music, Theater and Arts academy. He became famous due to a sport promoting country's image.

In 2018, Viorel Mardare was nominated to the National Award.
