The Russians who live in Moldova celebrated the last day of Maslenita today. Stefan cel Mare public garden was filled by people who danced, sang and made pancakes.

The hot pancakes were the special ingredient of the fest.

"Milk, eggs and flour. We mix all these products and cook the pancakes."

"I prepared pancakes with cheese, sour cream and roe."

The passers-by were overwhelmed about the smell that came for the park. The Russia Ambassador to Chisinau also came.

"Each woman prepares the pancakes individually. It depends on the side that they have. I am impressed about this holiday", said Oleg Vasnetov, Russia Ambassador to Chisinau.
