A man aged 53 from Leova district died because of flu. Thus, the number of deaths caused by flu reached 30.

The doctors say that the last victim came to the doctor too late. The man was hospitalized in a grave condition.

Starting October, 2023 persons got ill. The health authorities said that all the patients received the required treatment.

The epidemiological situation in Romania is even worse. The number of people who died because of flu reached 171. Only during the past week, three persons died.
