What professions that deputies of new parliament practice
Most MPs in the Moldova's 10th legislature are lawyers and economists, according to data of Communications and Public Relations Department of the Legislature.
Moreover, deputies in the new parliament have higher education, half of them have degrees of Master and Doctors.
Every third deputies in the 10th legislature is a jurist.
25% of new elected legislators are economists.
Other professions are professors, engineers, historians, doctors, journalists, managers.
Fourteen deputies in the new legislature have degrees of Doctor.
Four legislators are Doctors in History: Socialists Eduard Smirnov, Victor Gaiciuc, Ivan Zabunov and ACUM deputy Octavian Țîcu.
Three deputies have scientific titles of Doctor in Law: Democrat Igor Vremea, Socialist Adrian Lebedinschi and ACUM deputy Igor Munteanu.
All these MPs are doctors in economics. This is MPRM deputy Vladimir Golovatiuc, Democrat Eleonora Graur and independent Viorel Melnic.
In the Parliament of the 10th legislature, doctors in pedagogical sciences will also be active: socialists Victor Bologan and Gheorghii Para, the doctor of political sciences socialist Bogdan Tirdea, the doctor of agricultural sciences, socialist Chiril Tatarlî.
In total, of the 101 deputies, 50 were elected on party lists and 51 were in uninominal constituencies
