Dozens public associations won funding worth 3.6 million lei from Ministry of Education
Fifty-four public associations have received funding worth 3.6 million lei from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research for projects to be implemented this year. They have to pass a competition with various cultural and social initiatives.
Association of Resident Physicians also wins the funding. They plan to teach students across the country to save people in exceptional situations.
40 medical students went through the schools in Chisinau, Straseni and Ialoveni and offered theoretical and practical courses.
"Nobody has practiced these things. It's meaningful project", said Radion Cujba, a student at the Nicolae Testemitanu University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
Students at High School in Răzeni village, Ialoveni, say they could learn useful things thanks to the project.
"They have shown us how to save people, the correct action".
To reach other schools in the country, the young people applied to the program the Ministry of Education.
"We are planning to carry out the project in at least seven districts. There will be at least three thousand students are trained. So we need around 250,000 lei", said Olga Clipii, Vice President of the Association of Resident Physicians
