Supporters of the national football team of the Republic of Moldova played in the stands during the match with the world champion, France.

Even if they were defeated by the score of 1-4, "tricolors" were supported by 10,000 supporters. Still to the first whistle, the supporters of our team landed a huge banner on one of the lawns, which covered it all. 

"There is a huge number of people, it is a very good thing for Moldavian football, the world champions have come, it is an impulse for our children playing soccer to see the world champions".

"The atmosphere is gorgeous, the stadiums are busy. It would be good to create such an atmosphere as often as possible in national team matches".

The Moldavian supporters watched the match played at the "Zimbru" stadium. They were impressed by the stars of the "Gallic roosters".

"I did not dream of seeing such players in Moldova. The atmosphere is superb, we play with the world champions, Moldova would like to play better, but we have what we have".

The French team also had a strong support. From the reserved sector, supporters coming from Hexagon contributed greatly throughout the confrontation to the gorgeous atmosphere of the stadium.

"I like the atmosphere from the stands. I came to this match with friends from Romania and Republic of Moldova".

"The atmosphere is incredible, I like it here, Moldova is a beautiful country".
