The Moldovan aged 25 started to be monitored by the police in Borghesiana sector from Roma. People of the law noticed that he changed his way and increased the speed after he noticed that the police is following him.

The police detained the Moldovan and revealed 1,3 kilos of explosive powder. According to the Italian press, this substance is used for terrorist attacks in Europe.
