"Here's my mother coming in. Imagine it was the hole, how could it work?
"The road started a long time ago, so we did not expect it to be pavements, it's fine".
Shortly, the works will be resumed on a part of the road outside the locality. It was built from scratch. The most joyful are the drivers.
"Very pleased, very good is the way, great changes have been made to us".
"The road was very bad, you were walking through the boulder, it was raining, you could not go on the road, you only had to cross over the other side".
The Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project in Hartop Village is funded by the South Regional Development Agency.
"The southern region is the only village where a huge amount is invested for us. It was a desire to show how well all the villages in the Republic of Moldova should look", said Maria Culesov, Director ADR SUD.
