The PAS leader Maia Sandu declined to vote for a Socialist candidate as Parliament President. The statement was made on a TV show in Moldova.
Accordingly, Sandu claims the Socialist party needs to vote a speaker from ACUM bloc and then they will decide to support a government with PSRM.
"We can't vote for a PSRM spokesman. They need to prove to oppose PDM. They previously voted for important laws together. The mixed system, the law of citizenship through investment, Dodon signed whatever PDM wanted. The first thing they need to do is to vote a speaker of ACUM", declared PAS President Maia Sandu.
