Shots in the village of Stauceni.

A drunk man would shot in the direction of two other friends. No one was hurt, and the suspect was detained by the police. All three persons have drunk alcohol at their neighbor. 

"I met with the neighbors, there was a guest there, I drunk a glass of wine, the guy went out and we two left for a pack of cigarettes. When we just get out he started to shot in us", says one of the victims.

The man also says his friend threatened him with the gun right at the door of his neighbor. 

"Before that, a few hours ago, I went out of the gate and he pulled out the gun and said he wanted to shoot me. I removed the cap and I told him to shoot me, but he said he does not want to shoot me in the head but in the legs".

The suspect has 44 years old and was transported to the Police Inspectorate in the Rascani District for hearings. He has a "BAIKAL" weapon he holds legally.

The man told the investigators that he was in danger and would have fired the gun to scare the two of them. 

"I shot in the air, but if I did not shoot in the air, then they surely "eat" me alive. I saw them they were bad", said the man who fired. 

The man will be investigated in a criminal case for hooliganism.
