The police detained a 33 years old man from Cricova, suspected of intentional serious injury, previously tried for committing more offenses.

The incident took place on the night of December 23, 2018, while the victim, a 54 years old man, was in a guest in the suspect's town. Cricova, where they drunk together alcohol.

As a result of the alcoholic drink between them, a conflict broke out, the suspect applied more hits to his head, causing serious body injuries.

In this context, according to the expert's report, the victim was seriously injured.

It is mentioning that the suspect in March 2018, was released from places of detention for similar crimes.

At the hearings, he acknowledged his guilt and was prosecuted for intentional injury to body, which provides an imprisonment of 5 to 10 years.
