This spring we drink White and Rose wine. This is the opinion of the winemakers who exhibited their wines at the Wine Exhibition that took place yesterday in the Capital.

Over 50 national wine makers presented the new tastes of the wine to the customers.

Over 300 wines were exhibited at the event. The wine makers say that they wanted to surprise the customers.

"Caberne-white sauvignon is a new product. We have a limited edition, only 8700 bottles. It is a white wine made of red grapes", said Veaceslav Dogari.

"For the first time, the Moldova's rose wine was exhibited. These wines are fresh and can be combined with exotic fruits", said Oxana Hincota, marketing manager at a winery.

"We brought three new wines and want  a feedback", said Mihai Necula sales manager.

A couple of small companies also attended the event.

"We brought five white wines and one rose. Today, we launch a new wine, White Metaphor, which is a combination of three different grapes", said Ilie Gogu, wine maker.

The gusts didn't hesitate to try their favorite wine.

"We want to experience some new wines."

"In 2019, our wines won over 150 medals at the international contests. We will prove that our wine is great", said Nicolae Ciubuc, the minister of Agriculture.

"I love the Moldovan wines and I am impressed by the quality", said Karen Hilliard, the USAID mission direction in Moldova.

The wine exhibition is organized twice a year.
