Minimal salary has reached 2775 lei, 165 lei increase on Wednesday, according to the new regulation adopted by Government last week. 

Accordingly, employees of enterprises, organizations and others institutions in real sector of economy must offer hourly payment more than 16.42 lei. 

The minimal salary is based on professions, qualification and their competence. 

In 2018, minimal salary of employees in real sector was 2610 lei. 

From December 1, around 200,000 state officers have received higher salaries. In some cases, their salaries were raised 100%.
