The yesterday heavy rain made havoc in the south of the country. According to IGSU, the greatest damages were registered in Rosu, Etulia, Chircani, Cucoara villages of Cahul district asnd Ciobalaccia village from Cantemir district. The rescues intervened in over 20 cases and evacuated the water that entered in many households.

Moreover, in Cucoara village, the rescues evacuated four persons, inclusively two minors from the flooded houses.

At the same time, IGSU employees and the residents of the localities build a part of a dam.

The heavy rain brought great damages. 

In order to avoid the damages, the rescues pumped the water out of Racovat river. 

15 yards were flooded.

At the same time, the rain destroyed 2,85 kilometers of roads in Șaptebani, Alexandrești, Borosenii Noi, but also Răcăria villages from Riscani district.

In Glodeni and Riscani, the rescues pumped the water out of 14 basements.

The employees of Soldanesti Direction for Emergency Situations unblocked the carriageble after many trees fell down.

According to IGSU, Basarabeasca district suffered of hail.
