NAC detained young suspected of influence peddling

A man aged 33 was detained by NAC officers and anti-corruption prosecutors for influence peddling.
He asked for 8.000 Euro from the parents of two defendants sentenced to 9 and 10 years for drugs trafficking.
The suspect promised them that he will influence the decision of the court in case he gets the money. However, the intermediary didn't fulfill his part of the deal and the magistrates didn't change their decision.
When they requested their money back, the suspect promised he will provide a good behavior at the penitentiary.
An investigation was opened on this case. If found guilty, the suspect risks up to 7 years behind bars. Now, the suspect was detained for 72 hours.
