Sales of operators increased 6.2% compared with the same period of 2018 and reached 350 millions lei. National operator Moldtelecom surpasses Orange to become the leader in this market, according to an analysis on PoștadeȘtiri. 

Moldova is one the countries with the most fastest Internet, according to an international study. One of the promoter of IT industry is PM Pavel Filip who has put his effort in boosting this industry since he was the Informational Technology Minister.
