VIDEO EVIDENCE: Igor Dodon insisted on the federalization of the Republic of Moldova

PUBLIKA.MD took possession of a video evidence that confirms the fact that Igor Dodon want the federalization of Republic of Moldova. The recorded moment took place on June 7, 2019, at 12:30 AM.
According to sources, there are other evidences that are following to be showed today and within the next days.
The former PSRM chief, Igor Dodon, requested, at the Moscow's insistence for PDM leader, Vlad Plahotniuc, to accept Moldova's federalization. Dodon came up with these requests at the Democrat headquarter, on June 7. From the video evidence showed by Publika.md, is clear that the discussions took place at 12:18.
According to Dodon's proposal, for a majority alliance creation, he was following to sign an agreement with Plahotniuc, in his presidential office, in the presence of the Russian Federation ambassador.
PDM leader said that the agreement should be signed with the PSRM leader, Zinaida Greceanii. Dodon replied that those two will subsequently sign a 'public memorandum' between the parties and this action will be done with the Russian vice-PM, Dmitri Kozak.
Also, with Kozak's proposal, Dodon requested that the phrase 'federalization' form the agreement to be replaced with a long and vague sentence - special status that provides extended tasks for Tiraspol.
Subsequently, Dodon talked about multiple Governmental functions, and at Plahotniuc's reply that the requests are exaggerated, made again a reference to Kozak. You can see the video details.

Plahotniuc: In which conditions is possible an alliance? Does Russian Federation have any special conditions?
Dodon: We must sign an agreement with Russian Federation within two months.

Dodon: Kozak insists the most.
Plahotniuc: Let's see the agreement identification with the substitution possibility.
Dodon: We didn't convene this agreement with the Ministry.
Plahotniuc: The 'federalization' phrase, I disagreed on writing this word.
Dodon: Was proposed the term 'special status' instead of 'federalization'.
Plahotniuc: This takes part from the agreement, three Ministries, the Russian formula.
Dodon: The Ministries and the power.
Plahotniuc: I won't go alone, I want to see your and their expectations.
Dodon: Vice-Premier of Reintegration, Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign and Internal Affairs. This is what we requested.

Dodon: The Economic or Agricultural Ministry and that's all.
Plahotniuc: What more? You might request lately for some more.
Dodon: We mentioned also the Constitutional Court, Moldova Gaz and all of these, separately.
Plahotniuc: I don't want them more to come along the way, I want to write them totally, now.
Dodon: It won't appear.
Plahotniuc: I don't want you to add something new after every signing. No more time to lose.
Dodon: Ok, in the agreement is mentioned SIS.
