Victims of Otaci tragedy have been waiting in vain for the Government's housing support. 

According to PM Maia Sandu, experts need more days to calculate and vote a Government approval for this support. The declaration was made in meeting Friday. 

"Economy Ministry will make announcement today or tomorrow. The amount was established earlier. The second stage is how we help people buy houses and other necessities. 

A team from Science Academy was hired to present the calculation about the supplementary support. We hope to receive that calculation soon to make the Government decision. 

People said they would need 10 days to present the calculation. We respect the experts' option", said Maia Sandu.
