The West pressured the state president Igor Dodon to give up the Defense Ministry to the ACUM Block, Renato Usatii said, within a show on TVC21.

Renato Usatii mentioned about West's concerns after Serghei Soigu's visit.

'If Nastase would win the local elections, the Internal Minister position will be available for the current Defense Minister Pavel Voicu. Dodon needs MAI and I guess it's a deal between them for Nastase to become a Mayor and Dodon to become the Internal Minister', Usatii said.

We remind that the Russian Defense Minister Serghei Soigu visited Moldova on August 24, invited by Igor Dodon. During his visit, the official didn't meet the press because of his delegation being surrounded by dozens of bodyguards.
