In January 2020, there were 1577 contracts for renting / leasing of immovable property registered with the Tax Service Directorates. 

In this period, the budget recorded revenues in the amount of 2.5 million lei, exceeding the revenues collected in the same period the previous year by 0.7 million lei or an increase of 38.4%.

For the same period, 523 new persons were identified that lease / rent immovable property without being registered according to the legislation.
