2nd edition of Heroes competition dedicated to amateur athletes took place in Chisinau
The second edition of Heroes competition took place today in Chisinau, dedicated to amateur athletes.
26 participants from 7 clubs measured their powers in the competition.
"I'm ready for stronger confrontations, to go further on a larger scale," said MMA fighter Gicu Moisei.
"We tried to finish the fight faster. It was a beautiful fight and we did not have much trouble," MMA fighter Marin Sincheru said.
Besides battles between men, a confrontation between women was also played.
"I feel very good, I'm a winner, I'm glad I won this fight, I hope more success further on," said MMA fighter Marina Ulinici.
This tournament aims to promote young athletes.
"We are looking forward to the Eagles project, today we will identify new fighters for Eagles 8 tournament in February 2018," said FEA Association President Dorin Damir.
"It is a very good start for the athletes from all the districts in Moldova. It is a beginning step in the more challenging Eagles project," said organizer Octavian Orheianu.
Saturday, November 4, another Eagles Fighting Championship 7 competition will take place in Chisinau. The event will be held at the Polivalenta Hall and organized by the FEA Association.
