Over 300 drivers have been drunk caught by policemen. Among them, 270 were in advantaged drunk condition.

At the same time, in January and February, 26 accidents took place because of drunk drivers. 3 persons died, 14 have been injured within these accidents.

The new legislation modification didn't make the drivers be more responsible.

When they are drunk, the drivers lose the control of the car and thus they cause accidents.
