A pickpocketer from the Capital was caught red handed by police officers while extracting the wallet of a lady on the 125 minibus route.
The 40-year-old man took the purse with 600 lei and personal documents.
According to the law enforcement, the man was previously detained and condemned for similar acts.
Last time, the man fully admitted to his actions, while the stolen goods were seized and returned to their rightful owners.
He is investigated for petty theft and risks up to 17 thousand lei fine, 240 hours of community service, or up to 2 years of imprisonment.
